THURSDAYS 6:30PM to 7:30PM

- Please keep the front & back of the room FREE of water bottles & personal items. Utilize the sides of the room, kitchen counter & benches by the window to place your stuff. This is for your own safety to avoid things rolling around that could cause an accident.
- KIDS are ALWAYS welcome!! To participate in class I recommend 7 yrs old and up only. Please go to the front row corners so everyone can see your kid and they don't get stepped on.
- For kids that are not participating in class please keep an eye on them at ALL times. NO kids running around the room during class. And please NO eating inside the room. They can bring their ipods, playing cards or coloring books. We want to keep the room nice and clean.
